All Anniversary type quests are going until July 1
Lucky Box requires lvl 40 to open boxes, also all Party Buff scrolls will be tradable again.

The Raffle from Raphael in Prontera was slightly updated.
- The Solar Sungod Helm will not come up in the Raffle
- Bloody branches were updated to be
- 100,000z per ticket
- 1 karvo on Fail
- 2 Bloody Branches when passed

Ice Titans are extended for 1 more week and the spawn is being adjusted a bit.

The Crown of Deceit Quest is going back in, this was last years Anniversary event prize. The following changes:
- The quest can be repeated once completed all the way to get the Exp and the Crown of Deceit again
- After completing it at least once you can buy another Crown of Deceit for 25,000,000 zeny (this is part of another event as well)

From 6/17 (0001 PST) - 6/24 (2359 PST) You can acquire your own "Wings of Victory"
- To qualify an account must purchase at least $39.00 worth of Subscriptions/Points or VAS through whatever means in 1 day.
- Those that do will have their own Wings of Victory placed on their highest lvl character on the account (done the next business day).

Crown of Deceit gains the following Attributes.
New effect
Int+4, Mdef+10, Def 3 10% Cast Delay reduction, 1 slot, upper/middle headgear.
When +7 or higher: +2 Def, Matk +5%, 5% after cast delay reduction.
When +9 or higher: Mdef+5, Matk +5%, 5% Cast Reduction, 5% after Cast Reduction

To go along with the Crown of Deceit being more available we are going to offer a special contest to those interested:
- All Crown of Deceits that are upgraded beyond 4 from Today to July 1 Maintenance, (upgrades done prior won't count) can get the account upgrading them entered into a drawing!
- +8 (or Higher) Crown of Deceit : Drawing for 1 of 100 $15 GoCash Cards (we will email you the epin after the event close if you win)
- +9 (or Higher) Crown of Deceit : Drawing for 1 of 5 Life Time Subscriptions for Ragnarok On that account.
- +10 Crown of Deceit : Drawing for 1 of 3 Complete Kafra Shop point refunds for the Month of June.
eg: if you win all points that were purchased in June by the winning upgrading account will be given again as points. So if you purchased 5200 points in June, you will get another 5200 points if you win.
